Joanne Wilson
President
Joanne Wilson has been President and Owner of The Trainer's, a long standing Mississauga based Computer training firm since 1985. Her expertise with professional corporations spans industry sectors. She represents the interest of their professional sales and marketing teams through the use of CRM Best Business Practices and Software.
Previously, Joanne spent 20 years in the Computer Software Training Industry as a consultant with organizations like York University, Sheridan College, and Algonquin College in Ottawa where she provided Microsoft Office Training to students and corporate clients.
Joanne has been Certified as an Instructor of over 25 different software products and continues to work with developers in the GTA to providing training and training programs for their developed software to their clients.
Bill Wilson
Vice-President, Sales & Operations
Bill joined The Trainer's in 1996. He was here to help setup new offices and a training centre in Mississauga. He stayed as VP of Sales and Operations and continues in that role as go to person for our staff and clients. He sells and project manages all services to be delivered to our clients. He oversees in the operations of our company and is a great resource for the knowledge he brings to the company.
Previously, Bill held the role of Vice President of Franchise with Beaver Lumber, a company previously owned by Molson Breweries. Bill analyzes the needs of our company and acts accordingly. He also supports our clients the same way by bringing benefits and analyzing what they need based on a thorough conversation with our client.
Bill has the wisdom and knowledge to support all those who seek his advice.
Casey White
Professional Services
Casey joined The Trainer’s in 1999 as a Technician. With a strong background in database design and implementation, as well as network maintenance, Casey oversees business service management and business development for our CRM clients. He is also resident expert in programming and connectivity to current business systems that the client needs help with.
He also provides support for users (including troubleshooting, benchmarking, problem resolution, staff training, etc.) Casey keeps an on-going IT watch to provides recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
Antonella Riverso
Training Consultant
Antonella joined The Trainer's in 2000 for an 8 month co-op term and joined us fulltime in April of 2001 as a Trainer. She holds a certificate in Information Technology Support Services from Sheridan College. She provides online training and support to our clients through www.gotomeeting.com as well as in the field providing user training to our CRM clients.
Antonella also coordinates and develops training materials used in all Administrative and User Training programs.
Kortnee Wilson
Technical Specialist
Kortnee joined The Trainer's in 2002 as a Technician. He oversees the website and supports our current CRM software product GoldMine. He is also the resident expert in website management. Along with AJ Bhandary, he keeps an on-going IT watch to ensure that all The Trainer's systems and functioning optimally.
Tammy Wilson
Marketing & Operations
Tammy joined The Trainer's in 2004. While she continues to work on her certifications in marketing and business administration, she also oversees the day-to-day operation of The Trainer's office, looking for ways and means to improving the efficiency and quality of the operation.
Tammy has a strong background in customer service and enjoys the detail oriented work associated with conference planning by organizing our bi-yearly GoldMine Summits.
AJ Bhandary
Technical Specialist
AJ joined The Trainer's in 2008 as a student part-time and in 2009 as a full time employee. AJ completed his studies at Sheridan College in Computer Science Technology and brings development and technical expertise to the business.
