Goldmine Training Available:
- GoldMine Introduction [FULL DAY SESSION]
This course will cover a series of topics from basic navigation, through email and managing your calendar. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to walk away with knowledge on how GoldMine tracks activities for a successful relationship with contacts. This course can be customized to include topics that best suit your needs.
- GoldMine Advanced [FULL DAY SESSION]
This course will take you through a higher level of GoldMine, from working with Filters and Groups, through customizing the GoldMine environment and using the Opportunity Manager. Upon completion of this course students will be able to walk away with additional knowledge of GoldMine that will assist in the successful relationships with contacts. Additional customization to the course is also offered.
Both the Introduction and Advanced session are offered for GoldMine version 6.5 of higher.

Templates, Mail Merge & Reports
The course will focus on mail merging and reporting within goldMine. It is recommended that students registering for this course have attended an Introduction session on GoldMine.
Searching & Filtering
The course will focus on searching and filtering options within GoldMine. It is recommended that students registering for this course have attended an Introduction session on GoldMine.
Scheduling & Managing Activities
This course will focus on scheduling and managing activities within GoldMine. It is recommended that students registering for this course have attended an Introduction session on GoldMine.
Opportunity & Project Manager
The course will focus on the Opportunity and Project Manager within GoldMine and how they can be used to manage any Opportunity or Project scheduled with contacts. It is recommended that students registering for this course have attended an Introduction session on GoldMine.
Marketing
It is recommended that each participant understand the working environment of Goldmine, the Common Fields currently available for filtering, the difference between Filters and Groups, the basics of Scheduling and Completing activities, how the codes in GoldMine impact the database, simple Mail Merging, and Import basics. This course will focus on the Marketing Fields like Source and Merge, Key Fields, and User Defined Fields, Filters and Group Segmentation, Lead Analysis, Mail Merge, Literature Fulfillment, Info Centre Linked Documents and Corporate Brochures, Importing, Global Replace, and Merge/Purge and Automated Processes.
Automated Processes
The course will focus on automated processes and how they are created and executed within GoldMine. It is recommended that students registering for this course have attended an Introduction session on GoldMine.
