Training sessions can take place at your office or at The Trainer's location. We also offer online training for companies all over the world using a product called GoToMeeting®. Our technical staff use GoToAssist®  to support technical questions.

GoToMeeting® Overview

Sessions can be scheduled in advance or started in one click. GoToMeeting® makes it easy for us to meet with you online anytime, anywhere - on either a PC or Mac computer. Attendees can join meetings in seconds without having to set up complicated video feeds or webcams. Attendees don't even have to register for an account. We can easily share keyboard and mouse control as well as share just a certain program or your whole screen. Phone conferencing numbers are included in email invitations and begins instantly when you start the session.

GoToAssist® Overview

GoToAssist® allows us to provide remote web based support enabling us to invite anyone already on the phone to join a web-based remote support session by going to the GoToAssist® support portal and entering a unique connection code.
